1. Students must attend classes regularly. The academy is not responsible for missed classes.
2. Classes will start on time. Late students will not be given extra time.
3. All fees must be paid in advance. Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Students must provide a valid transaction ID after making payment.
5. Students must maintain proper discipline during online classes.
6. Microphones should remain muted unless the teacher allows speaking.
7. The academy is not responsible for internet or technical issues on the student’s side.
8. Students must complete all assignments, homework, and class tasks on time.
9. Participation in tests and quizzes is mandatory.
10. Any form of misconduct, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
11. All student information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
12. All announcements and updates will be shared via the official WhatsApp group.
13. Students are responsible for staying updated through the communication channels.
14. Course duration is fixed; no extra classes will be guaranteed.
15. The academy reserves the right to update or modify rules at any time.

I hereby certify that the information provided is authentic to the best of my knowledge. I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of Al-Riaz Academy, and I acknowledge that the administration reserves the right to dismiss students for rule violations without any refund. I hereby authorize Al-Riaz Academy (SECP registered) to maintain my records for academic and administrative purposes.
