Academy Admission Process

Our academy admission process in Toba Tek Singh is simple and student friendly. Al Riaz Academy offers two types of admission: physical admission for on campus classes from Nursery to 2nd Year, and online admission for online Matric classes only. Please follow the steps below according to your admission type.

Physical Admission for Physical Clases

For students joining physical/on site classes at the academy.

Step 1: Get the Admission Form
The physical admission form is available at the academy, or you can download it below and bring it filled.

Step 2: Fill and Submit the Form
Fill out the admission form with accurate personal and academic information, and attach the following documents:

  • Copy of B Form
  • Copy of Father’s CNIC (ID Card)

Submit the completed form along with the attached documents directly at the academy.

Step 3: Receive Your Fee Voucher
At the end of each month, you will receive your fee voucher from the academy.

Step 4: Pay Your Fee
You can pay your fee through:

  • Cash: Submit the voucher (Student Copy and Academy Copy) to the Academy Manager. The manager will sign and stamp your voucher and return your copy to you. Please keep it safe for your records.
  • Online Bank Transfer: Pay directly via MCB Bank.
  • JazzCash or EasyPaisa: If paying through JazzCash or EasyPaisa, bring your voucher to the academy so it can be verified and stamped.

Step 5: Confirmation
Admission is confirmed only after fee verification. Once verified:

  • You will be added to the official class group
  • Class schedule and details will be shared
  • Your classes will begin as per schedule

Online Admission (Online Matric Classes Only)
For students joining Matric classes online.

Step 1: Fill the Online Admission Form

Step 2: Receive Your Fee Voucher
Within 1 day of submitting the form, you will receive your fee voucher via email or WhatsApp.

Step 3: Pay Your Fee
Pay your fee at any nearby MCB Bank branch.

Step 4: Send Payment Proof
After payment, share a picture of the paid deposit slip via WhatsApp or email for verification.

Step 5: Confirmation
Within 1 to 2 days of verification, you will be added to the relevant subject group.

  • Class schedule and details will be shared
  • Your classes will begin as per schedule

Important Instructions

  • Admission is confirmed only after fee verification
  • Provide a correct email address and WhatsApp number to receive your voucher
  • WhatsApp will be used for all communication
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may delay your admission
  • Physical admission forms and documents must be submitted directly at the academy
