About Al Riaz Academy
Al Riaz Academy (SMC-Private) Limited is a SECP-registered educational institute located in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab, Pakistan, offering education from Nursery to 2nd Year, along with short courses and online Matric classes.
Admission and Enrollment
- Admission is granted only after submission of a complete and accurate admission form along with required documents (B-Form and Father’s/Guardian’s CNIC copy).
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in rejection or cancellation of admission.
- Admission is confirmed only after fee verification, as outlined in our Admission Process.
- The academy reserves the right to accept or decline any admission application at its discretion.
Fees and Payments
- Fees must be paid according to the schedule mentioned in the Fee Structure and on the issued fee voucher.
- A late fee applies to payments made after the due date, as specified in our Rules & Policies.
- Fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable except where a refund is explicitly approved by the academy management on a case-by-case basis.
- The academy reserves the right to revise fees for upcoming sessions, with prior notice to students and parents.
Classes and Attendance
- Students are expected to maintain regular attendance for both physical and online classes.
- Class schedules, timings, and teaching staff may be changed by the academy when necessary, with reasonable notice provided.
- Online classes must be attended with the student’s real name and in accordance with our online class discipline rules.
Code of Conduct
- Students, parents, and staff are expected to behave respectfully at all times, both in physical premises and online communication.
- The academy reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including warning, suspension, or removal, for violation of academy rules, misconduct, or disrespectful behavior, as outlined in our Rules & Policies.
Withdrawal and Termination
- Students wishing to withdraw must provide at least one month’s advance notice, as stated in our Withdrawal Policy.
- All outstanding dues must be cleared before withdrawal is finalized.
- The academy reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment in cases of serious misconduct, repeated rule violations, or non-payment of fees.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including guess papers, notes, study material, quizzes, images, and text, is the property of Al Riaz Academy unless otherwise stated, and is provided for the personal educational use of students and visitors. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of this content without written permission is not allowed.
